I’m Chris Webb, founder of The Estate Agent Consultancy, a business dedicated to helping estate agents across the UK improve their operations, increase their property listings, enhance conversion rates, and command higher fees. I’ve worked in and around the property industry for years, and my passion lies in helping businesses unlock their full potential by refining their systems and strategies. I’m especially interested in creating long-term growth, both for businesses and the people running them.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my partner, and travelling abroad as much as we possibly can. Exploring new places and cultures is something I find energising and inspiring, and it helps me bring a fresh perspective to my work.

I noticed a significant gap in the estate agency market: many agents had great potential but lacked the tools, strategies, or confidence to grow their businesses effectively. Having worked in the industry, I wanted to share my knowledge and help others create scalable, successful agencies. I’m driven by the opportunity to make a tangible difference in how estate agents operate and grow.
The idea stemmed from my personal experience working with estate agents and understanding their challenges, from generating consistent instructions to increasing profit margins. I identified that many agents needed tailored, actionable advice rather than generic one-size-fits-all solutions.
I started by creating a results-driven consultancy model that aligned my success with my clients’ success. Then I focused on building credibility, including writing my book Your First £100,000 Estate Agency as a lead magnet, networking within the industry, and running free webinars to provide value upfront.
One of the biggest challenges was building trust in a competitive market. To overcome this, I focused on results – my results-based programme was a game-changer, demonstrating my confidence in my approach. Additionally, creating valuable free resources like books and webinars helped establish my expertise and attract clients organically
Since starting, we’ve expanded from offering consultancy alone to building a broader educational platform, including books, video courses, webinars, and masterminds. We’ve also scaled our team, with dedicated staff for sales and social media, and enhanced our lead generation through paid ads and content marketing.

If I was to start over...
I’d have prioritised building a strong personal brand earlier and invested in a team sooner. Delegating tasks like social media and sales earlier would have freed up more time for me to focus on strategic growth.
Our primary goals for the future are to grow our client numbers and increase the income we generate from our clients, which directly reflects the increased revenue and success they experience in their businesses. We also aim to expand our marketing and social media reach, ensuring we connect with more estate agents across the UK. Additionally, we plan to grow our team by bringing on more members to help us scale and provide support to even more agencies nationwide.
