I’m Julien Donadieu, an entrepreneur and soon certified coach (certification comes in March/April 2025) passionate about well-being, personal growth, and business strategy. My journey started with a deep curiosity about human potential, which led me to travel the world, explore different cultures, and refine my approach to coaching. I aim to help digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and freelancers gain clarity in their vision and build businesses aligned with their values and desired freedom.


I have a background in engineering and acting, which has given me a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative expression. I’ve trained as a professional coach and have built my business around guiding individuals towards meaningful success. Beyond coaching, I’m passionate about tech and gear (I'm a real nerd!), storytelling, filmmaking, and coffee—so much so that I’m about to integrate coffee into my personal branding!

Discovering Coaching Through Travel and Personal Growth

I offer 1-on-1 coaching programs designed to help entrepreneurs and freelancers create a business aligned with their values. My flagship offer is a 6-month coaching program for an investment of €2,200, with bi-weekly sessions focused on clarity, mindset, and strategic execution.

During my travels, I discovered what coaching was and immediately fell in love with the idea of ​​helping other individuals create the life they never dared to dream of.

I realised many entrepreneurs struggle with clarity and direction. They get lost in busywork, like tweaking a website or designing a logo, instead of focusing on what truly moves the needle—serving clients and generating revenue. I wanted to create a coaching framework that helps people break through these barriers and build sustainable, fulfilling businesses.

As I said, it was love at first sight between coaching and me. I discovered it during my travels and quickly realised that this was what I wanted to do. I was so committed that, while in New Zealand, I would wake up at 2 or 3 AM to follow my classes and deepen my learning.

When it came time to launch my business, I chose to start with a 1-on-1 coaching offer. Building a deep, personal connection with my first clients felt essential—coaching is, after all, a transformational journey that thrives on trust and intimacy. Plus, this was the first skill I learned, making it the natural foundation for my business.

That said, I can’t wait to expand my offers to reach and connect with more people in different ways. My goal is to make coaching accessible and impactful for a broader audience as well as nurture and deepen the relationship with the most invested clients.

Overcoming Challenges: Niche, Pricing & Positioning

One of my biggest challenges was defining my niche and pricing my services confidently. I wanted so much to help all kinds of people that I couldn't niche down. I eventually chose to work with people who are on a path similar to mine, just a few years behind. With the help of Robin, I focused on positioning myself as a high-value coach for a specific audience. Another challenge was content consistency, which I’m addressing by developing a structured content strategy.

The Power of Personal Branding & Online Presence

Initially, I was broad in my messaging. Now, I have a clearer focus on serving entrepreneurs and digital nomads who want to build aligned businesses. I’ve also refined my offer to a high-ticket coaching program. A few of my top marketing strategies are:

  • Leveraging LinkedIn for thought leadership and networking.
  • Posting consistently on Instagram through Reels and Carousels to increase visibility.
  • Using storytelling and authenticity in my content rather than just selling.

The Biggest Lessons from Julien’s Business Journey

  • Clarity is more valuable than tactics. A strong foundation beats endless strategies. 
  • Playing the long term game is the way to go.
  • Pricing high attracts committed clients who take action.
  • Consistency and authenticity in content creation is key for building trust, even before selling.

The Importance of Relationships and Niching Down

If I were to start over again, I would niche down sooner instead of trying to appeal to everyone. I would also focus earlier on relationship-building rather than just content creation. Finally I would share my story and struggles earlier and kill the absolute PITA that is perfectionism.
