What we noticed, most importantly was that pretty much ALL OF OUR CLIENTS were making ONE MAJOR MISTAKE with their scheduling.
They didn't factor consultations into their weekly diary.
So a prospect would ask for a meeting and then they'd have to wait for several days or even weeks to get onto our clients diaries.
We encouraged all of our clients to book 2-5 empty consultation slots into their weekly schedule, but with one explicit rule.
Nothing...
...and I mean absolutely nothing...
Would take precedence over their consultation slots unless it was a new prospect wanting to speak to them.
